Dry Dock is the old gravel barge which was taken to the Woodhouse Lane site in December 1993 and refurbished in 2000. On the otherside of Woodhouse Lane is construction site of the LMU extension.

24th September 1999.View of Rat and Parrot Public House on Woodhouse Lane. The pub opened in May 1998 in the Sunday School of the Woodhouse Lane Methodist New Connexion Chapel. Hanging baskets of floral arrangements and outdoor furniture can be seen.
Chemic Tavern, Woodhouse Street
November 1981 Image shows the Chemic Tavern at the junction of Woodhouse Street and Johnston Street. The Pub name and street names come from Johnston's Chemical Works originally located opposite the pub. The company manufactured industrial chemicals including Vitriol (sulphuric Acid).

24th September 1999 View of Yate's Wine Lodge on Woodhouse Lane. The pub occupies the Woodhouse Lane Chapel which was opened on April 29th 1858. It was designed by William Hill for the Leeds first circuit of the methodist new connexion.

Inner Ring Road Construction, Woodhouse Lane
22nd November 1965. Image shows a view looking towards Little London taken from the roof of Leeds Metropolitain University. In the immediate foreground is Woodhouse Lane with behind the 1960s construction of the Inner Ring Road visible. Land above the tunnels later became the site of the Woodhouse Lane car park and the Dry Dock Pub.
